AUDIT REPORTS SUBMITTED TO THE HOUSE

Pursuant to Article 229 (7) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, the following Audit Reports have been submitted to the County Assembly: –

Reports of the Auditor General for the year ended 30th June, 2022 on;
a) Siaya County Referral Level 4 Hospital.
b) Yala Sub – County Level 4 Hospital.
c) Bondo Level 4 Hospital.
d) Rwambwa Sub – County level 4 Hospital.
e) Ambira Sub- County level 4 Hospital.
f) Uyawi Sub – County level 4 Hospital.
g) Madiany Sub – County level 4 Hospital.
h) Ukwala Sub – County Hospital level 4 Hospital.
i) Got Agulu Sub – County level 4 Hospital.
j) Sigomre Sub- County level 4 Hospital.

During today’s Plenary Sitting, the Audit Reports were committed to the House Committee on Public Accounts and Investments.
Guided by the provisions of Article 229 (8) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, the Committee shall deliberate on the documents and report back to the House within 90 days.
