Pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order 13(1) of the County Assembly of Siaya Standing Orders, it is notified for the information of the Members of the County Assembly and the general public that the official opening of the Third County Assembly by Governor James Orengo shall be held at the County Assembly of Siaya Buildings, in the County Assembly Chambers, on Tuesday, 11th October, 2022 at 9.30 am.

By dint of Standing Order 18(1) of the County Assembly of Siaya Standing Orders, the Governor, shall address the House during the said Sitting.
