SUBMISSION OF MEMORANDA /PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
The proposed Siaya County Fiscal Strategy Paper (CFSP), 2023 has been submitted to the County Assembly as required by Section 117 (1) of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012. The CFSP, having been tabled in the County Assembly, stood committed to the County Assembly Committee on Budget and Appropriations for consideration and thereafter reporting to the House.
Pursuant to Article 196 (1)(b) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, the Committee invites interested stakeholders and members of the public to submit any representation(s) and views on the CFSP, 2023 at the venues and times indicated below:

The proposed Siaya County FSP, 2023 can be accessed through the Siaya County Assembly website (www.siayaassembly.go.ke) or be obtained from the Office of the County Assembly Clerk for reference purposes.
Memoranda on the proposed Siaya County FSP, 2023 can be forwarded to the Clerk of the County Assembly of Siaya, P.O. Box 7 – 40600, Siaya; hand-delivered to the Office of the Clerk, Siaya County Assembly Buildings, Siaya; or emailed to clerk@siayaassembly.go.ke; to be received not later than Wednesday, 22nd March, 2023 at 4.00p.m.
