THE SIAYA MUNICIPALITY SPATIAL PLAN 2024-2034
INVITATION FOR SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION AND MEMORANDA
WHEREAS Article 196 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, provides that A county assembly shall facilitate public participation and involvement in the legislative and other business of the assembly and its committees;
IT IS notified for information of members of the public that the County Assembly Committee on Lands Physical Planning and Housing is currently reviewing the Siaya Municipality Spatial Plan 2024 – 2034
Members of the public are therefore invited to submit any information, memoranda, petition or comments that may have a bearing on the consideration of the plan. The views and memoranda may be forwarded to the Clerk of the County Assembly of Siaya, P.O Box 7-40600, Siaya; hand delivered to the Office of the Clerk – Siaya County Assembly Building or emailed to clerk@siayaassembly.go.ke to be received on or before Tuesday 18th February, 2025.
Copies of the Spatial Plan can be downloaded from the County Assembly website www.siayaassembly.go.ke
