Completed tender documents MUST be uploaded in the G.O.K IFMIS Supplier portal:

Hard copies of the same may also be submitted in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with tender numbers and deposited in the tender box situated at the ground floor of the County Assembly Headquarters building in Siaya town, or be addressed to:
