The newly elected South Gem Ward Member of County Assembly, Hon. Brian Chieng’ Anyango Obiero, has been sworn into office this morning by Speaker of the County Assembly, Hon. George Okode.
Hon. Obiero, an independent candidate, was elected to represent the interests of the people of South Gem Ward in a by-election that was held on 8th December, 2022.
He was escorted to take his oath of office by North Gem MCA Hon. Philip Oluoch Abuba and nominated MCA Hon. Dorah Abonyo.
