Pursuant to Article 196(1)(b) of the Constitution read together with Section 9(3) of the Urban Areas and Cities Act, 2011 and Section 110(3) of the County Governments Act, 2012, the Committee on Lands, Physical Planning, Surveying and Housing invites stakeholders and interested members of the public to submit any representation(s) or views on the Bondo Municipal Charter,Ugunja Municipal Charter and Siaya County Spatial plan.
